Job Description:

1. Position is based in Chennai, India.

2. The candidate will be responsible in driving Nexge’s VoIP Platform sales to VoIP Service Providers in India and abroad.

4. Travel in India and abroad ‘as and when required’.

5. Prospect and develop the target customers through Phone / Internet Searches & Forums / Social Media and direct meetings.

6. Negotiation and Sales Planning to reach the monthly target.

7. Telephonically reach out to customer on a regular basis to generate leads.

8. Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.

9. Understand and articulate the company's value proposition to customers.

Required Skills & Experience

1. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience in a similar position selling IT Software, Security, Hardware, Networking          or Storage Solutions etc.

2. Experience in VOIP Product sales will be an advantage.

3. Graduate in Engineering or MBA will be an advantage but not a must.

4. MUST be proficient in English and Malayalam or English and Bengali.

Job Description:

1. Position is based in Chennai, India.

2. Create elegant and useful software solutions to solve complex telecom requirements by working across various teams.

3. Work closely with Product Management and Design teams to deliver feature specifications.

4. Design and develop front-end interfaces, underlying APIs, and backend systems across a number of programming languages.

5. Analyse and improve the efficiency, scalability, stability and security of Nexge Products.

Required Skills & Experience

1. B.Tech. / B.E. or Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT.

2. 1-4 years’ experience building software solutions in an agile environment using Core Java, J2EE, Socket Programming & threads, JMS, Struts etc.

3. Good knowledge on RDBMS, PL/SQL, JDBC

4. Other skills: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, JQuery, Webservices etc.

5. Should be strong in Object Oriented Programming Concepts and Networking

6. Working knowledge of API design and distributed backend systems a plus.

7. Should have good Verbal and written communication in English language.
